1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between EARL TURBO AGRICULTURE ("we", "our company"), registered at 4 Rue Lucien Delval, 02420 Lehaucourt, France, and any person placing an order through this site ("the customer"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Products and availability
Our products (fruit, vegetables, potatoes, cereals, oil plants and agricultural machinery) are presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance. Quantities, grading and availability may vary with harvests and stock levels, and will be confirmed when your order is processed.
3. Orders and confirmation
Submitting an order on this site constitutes an order request, not a payment or a binding sale. After receiving your request through our order form, our team will contact you to confirm product availability, final price, and payment and delivery or collection arrangements.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on the site are indicative and expressed in euros. They may vary with agricultural market prices and order volumes, and will be confirmed before any order is finalised.
5. Payment
No payment is collected online through this site. Payment arrangements (bank transfer, cheque, or another agreed method) are arranged directly with our team once your order has been confirmed.
6. Delivery and collection
Delivery or collection arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis with the customer, depending on the product, order volume and geographic area.
7. Used agricultural machinery
Machinery listed under the Machinaries category is sold second-hand. Condition, hours of use and specifications are provided in good faith; we recommend customers verify the equipment’s suitability for their needs before confirming a purchase.
8. Right of withdrawal
In line with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as fresh fruit, vegetables and agricultural produce. For machinery, any applicable withdrawal terms will be specified when the order is confirmed.
9. Liability
EARL TURBO AGRICULTURE cannot be held liable for damage resulting from inappropriate use of products or equipment sold, or from inaccurate information provided by the customer when ordering.
10. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
